The warranty is valid only at Stock It All Depot.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Stock It All Depot.com will void this warranty.
Stock It All Depot.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

A Stock It All Depot.com warranty provides specific legal rights; however, you may have additional rights, which vary from state to state. As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply. Our warranty is valid only in the U.S. There is No implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any item sold by Stock It All Depot.com. subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. On most items, Stock It All Depot.com offers an exclusive 10-days exchange/refund policy to mail order customers. All Extended Warranties are final purchase.
